Voxifyer ("Voxifyer", "we", "us") provides an AI voice platform and marketplace connecting organisations with voice talent. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. It applies to the Voxifyer portal, marketplace, licensing flows, and related tooling.

1. Data we collect

• Account data — name, email address, password credentials (managed by our authentication provider), organisation membership, and role.
• Identity verification data — when identity verification is required, our verification provider processes government-ID and biometric data to confirm your identity. Voxifyer receives only the verification outcome and limited metadata, not your raw documents.
• Profile and talent data — for voice talent: voice samples, recordings, languages, rates, and work preferences you choose to provide.
• Usage data — actions you take in the platform, orders, auditions, messages, and audit events, plus standard technical data (IP address, device/browser, timestamps).
• Payment and billing data — billing details and transaction records, processed by our payment provider.

2. How we use your data

• To provide, operate, and secure the platform and your account.
• To verify identity where required for trust, safety, and legal compliance.
• To facilitate licensing, orders, payments, and payouts between organisations and talent.
• To send transactional communications (invitations, order updates, security notices).
• To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. How we share your data

• Service providers — authentication, identity verification, payment processing, email delivery, and hosting providers, acting on our instructions.
• Other platform participants — limited profile and order information is shared between an organisation and the talent they work with, as needed to fulfil the engagement.
• Legal and safety — where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the platform.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Voice data and AI

Voice samples and recordings provided by talent are used to operate the marketplace and the licensing you authorise. Use of voices for AI synthesis is governed by the licences and agreements you accept; we do not use your voice for purposes you have not agreed to.

5. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then for the period required to meet legal, accounting, audit, and dispute-resolution obligations.

6. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level data isolation between organisations. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you of incidents where required.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

8. International transfers

We may process and store data in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

Voxifyer is not directed to children. Where a participant is a minor, additional guardian-consent requirements apply as described in the platform's onboarding flows.
